Fat grafting for negative hooding?

I have high UEE so I need fat grafting but when I squint I have negative hooding could fat grafts more on the side with less fat get rid of my negative hooding as well as make my UEE better?

Just add some filler don’t graft fat

I'd say go for it and if you need to adjust anything use PDO's.

yes, squinting doesnt really simulate well but yeah with fatgrafts you could achieve an ideal hooding
