It’s pretty expensive for fat grafting in the western world. Especially considering the high rates of revision and possible absorption it makes the procedure fairly unpredictable.

Id just go with a longer lasting filler because you’re not moving that area all that much. So it could easily last for over a year.

No it'd look like shit, basically would only make your face fuller and not give you that sharp look many models have.

You need to go with custom zygomatic implants if you want permanent improvement.
