You dont need to be fat

15% isnlikely enough, so just eat for a few weeks then cut right after, you be looksminned for maybe a month for a life of way better looks, like any surgery pretty much

i could be wrong but if you try to lose weight after fat grafting the fat wont stay around ?

Yes, that is exactly what I am saying.
If you bulk up to get the surgery and then cut weight later, you will likely ruin your results.
Here is the specific mechanism of why this happens and why 12% is actually a safer starting point than bulking.

1. The "Metabolic Memory" Rule

Fat cells are living tissue.1 When a surgeon moves a fat cell from your stomach to your eyelid, it doesn't "know" it's in your eyelid—it still acts like a stomach fat cell.2

  • If you cut weight: Your stomach fat shrinks. The fat cells in your eyelids will shrink too.3

  • If you bulk: Your stomach fat expands. The fat cells in your eyelids will expand too.

2. The Danger of the "Bulk & Cut" Cycle

If you bulk up to 15-18% body fat just to make the surgery "easier" and then cut back down to 10-12% afterwards:
  • During Surgery: The surgeon fills your hollow under-eyes until they look perfect at that heavier weight.
  • After the Cut: You lose fat all over your body. The fat cells in your eyes shrink.4 Suddenly, the result looks "under-filled" or hollow again, and you have wasted your money.

3. Why 12% is actually better

It is much better to have the surgery done at your leannest sustainable weight (your current 12%).
  • If the surgeon fills your eyes while you are lean, that volume is the "baseline."
  • If you bulk later, your eyes might look slightly fuller (which usually looks good/youthful).
  • But importantly, when you cut back down to 12%, you won't lose the result—you'll just return to the perfect baseline the surgeon created.
The Verdict: Do not bulk for this surgery. Stay at 12%. The surgeon only needs about 1 teaspoon of fat; they can easily find that even if you are very lean.```

this is from gemini is it gaslighting me?

When it gets integrated its just like any other fat, but it going bsck to normal is genuinely hard

Youd have to switch between eating like an anorexic and a bodybuilder every month for years

They can but they likely wont in practice as it just gets harder for the surgeon to harvest

Rule of thumb: dont get your info from ai

If your surgeon is a lazy ass find a better surgeon.
