fat grafting is bad dude lol the survival rate is like 50-70% & u run the risk of getting lumps or needing touchups which cost even more money

Its less invasive but Migration snd maintenance is needed unlike fat grafting both have their cons but i think fat grafting is worth the shot but he can test how fillers look first

filler placed on ur infraorbital bone has an extremely low chance of migration & it lasts 12-18 months
