Fat Grafting Post OP 14 days

As of right now it marks around day 15 after my surgery and honestly I do feel somewhat botched right now.

It looks uncanny and overfilled I’m not going to post a picture yet will give it a bit more time.

It just looks overfilled not going to lie but I do not know what to expect in terms of how much it will go down.

People say after week 4 there is no more major changes, others say 3 months. Good thing is I did this on 19% bodyfat.

If by week 3-4 it doesn’t looks somewhat good I’ll counter with aggressive diet which should discourage the fat from connecting to body and overall lower bodyfat less facial fat.

OVERALL IT DOESN’T LOOK BAD IT JUST IS OVERFILLED OR HAS THAT LOOK TO IT.

If anyone has done it before and knows when major changes happen lmk

I am day 9 and I am worried I underfilled.

Post pics. Where do you feel overfilled? I got filled to increase chin width, paranasal and infra / tear trough. Chin I want it to stay as is, and paranasal already feel lost a lot of fat.

Maybe it's the upper lid making u look botched / overdone? How has ur jaw fat graft held up? How ur infras looking rn?

I think I will have to go back in 6 months for a refill.

Also did jawline, submental, neck, love handle, lower back and all abs lipo with the fat graft.

Did you use PRP with yours too?

Yeah bro I feel overfilled in upper eyelids.

I also got chin, paranasal and infra which works well for me right now. I guess there is only so much you can do in those areas.

I used prp too I’ll dm you

Nice to see someone made a wise choice, looking at your befores I think especially with supraorbital rim needed some help as you correctly identified, so well done. I made vids while recovering from fat graft, and ye you can see the improvement over the months so lower your cortisol that you got botched or summat

Yeah I feel like I’m not trusting the process while I matter of fact should. Just hard to trust it while one looks absolutely opposite of what he inspires too be but I guess everything has it’s price and this is paid in patience.

It will look fine, I overfilled and lost 1yr it looks great
