Fat grafting survival rate is confusing the shit out of me

I've seen results where people start out with big UEE and end up with hooded eyes, and I've seen results where people have only some UEE, but end up with subtle results.

ALL THE RESULTS ARE FROM THE SAME PLACE BTW AND FROM THE SAME SURGEON. Soooo wtf? I'm currently praying, with a cross in my hand that my fat keeps surviving nicely. I'm 3 weeks post op, so far so good, but yk never celebrate too early.
