You may think. “Hey I’m changing the bone, that’s better than fat grafting right?” WRONG. Fat grafting to the infraorbital region is superior, and here is why

Your face makes many movements, and infraorbital implants don’t really really adapt, and can be unpredictable, leading to most of the time less than optimal results; looking clunky and sometimes barely ascending your eye

Fat grafting, has pretty much the same aethetic affects, but BETTER, and CHEAPER

So tuck away that extreme price you were willing to pay for infraorbital implants, and spend it on some exotic femdom sexuaI kill hentai instead

Note: if you suffer from an entirely recessed maxilla, get BiMax, midface implants, and fat grafting to the under eyes.

True tbh but the bottom one looks too puffy

Those appear just to be his fat pads. Not the infraorbital graft-site

it kinda looks like he got fat grafts into the eyelid (red) instead of tear trough (blue)

problem with fat grafts afaik is that they can disappear with time

Fat graft is so superior I was talking about this like a couple mins ago

nah they are permanent, it's just that a considerable amount of fat is lost during the recovery period but the fat that stays is permanent

also JFL at this
Average infra coper lol. Also that guy should have fixed his maxilla and mandible first before his eyes. Too bad people don’t research on these forums; and just make assumptions of what they need

On average, between 30% and 70% of the injected fat survives long-term, with the remaining portion being metabolized by the body

and recovery is like 6 months, so if good surgeon it's cool i guess

There is some deterioration correct, but likely all of it will be in tact for atleast 5 years

I'm planning to get it next year but having to stop working out for 2 months is shit

the issue is so many people are doing or considering infra implants without true negative orbital vector where obviously fat will be better. in that way yeah infra implants are overrated but may also be overhated, not their fault if its being used in the wrong way

im interested in if infra implants are still not worth it for a true negative vector where the eye is protruding past rim (type of shit that you will get told to do orbital decompression for on org)

fat grafting is probably the hardmax with the best ROI

Have you seen any results for periorbital or upper eyelid fat grafting? I have barely seen any and the ones I have seen are rather minimal.

Because a lot of the fat is reabsorbed should you ask for a lot. Like more so than youd think u need

Bottom one was infra implants btw
