The highest ROI surgery has to be fat grafting to the supraorbitals. It is very low cost, very low risk, but great results. I know this is pretty common knowledge, so this is mostly for the greys.
Fat grafting to other areas also has great results. For example fat grafting to the undereyes, but that usally has to be paired with infra orbitals implants. Quick fact: you can also do fat grafting to the lips, which is a better alternative to filler. Today I will talk about fat grafting to the supra orbitals tho.
First, I will shorty explain what this surgery is for. Fat grafting to the supraorbitals reduces uee (upper eyelid exposure). The majority of people lack fat in the supraorbital area, which is why I am making this thread
Results

Before vs After
Pricing
fat grafting is pretty cheap. it usally costs between 1500 € and 3000 €, depending on where you get it. The guy shown in the first example paid 1560 €. He did get the surgery in bangkok tho, so he also had to pay for the flight and hotel. You can also get the surgery in your country though, as its not a hard surgery to perform
Why is it so high ROI?
-very low risk
-very cheap
-ascends most important area of your face
-swelling fully goes down after about 1 month
-allmost no risk of botching, the only things that can happen are, that your surgeon transfers too much fat, but that never happens, or your surgeon transfers too little fat, but he can just transfer more fat.
-fat grafting, unlike filler is permanent. you can gain 15kg and lose 15kg, the transfered fat will stay.
This is one of my first informative threads, so let me know what I can improve in the future. Also give me suggestions for other threads.
