Fat grafting vs Titanium implants for Ramus?

My Ramus is horrible, my gonial angle is 135+ degrees, i thought about Distractions Osteogenesis but the risk and cost is WAYYY too high.
I'm thinking implants because they have more of an impact but I'm not fully sure.

Implants are expensive as fuck too, fat grafting is the last thing you want to imitate bone tissue. Fat grafting is only good to fraud infras or supras.

My gonial is cooked but it have mid/decent forward growth, but I'll ask my doctor for palate expander or MSE cause i have slight breathing issues.

But i think bimax might be to expensive and invasive, cause cosmetically bimax is is hard to get people tot help me pay

I checked, and doctors near me will run me at high 35k Euro so 41k$, maybe it can get a littl covered by insurance but since its probably Gonna be mostly cosmetical, ill have too pay atleast 20k€.
Titanium implants are like 15-25k tho, so maybe bimax is worth it cause it would also help maxilla and breating
