There is no long term study that Ive seen on this, I saw one two year study and the results varied but it looked like there may be gradual fat loss with time. However, I saw a study that said that stretching the skin in an area prior to this increases the results.

Glabella and ramus grow all throughout life.
They have infinite potential to be maximized on directly with very common, cheap tools.
