Fat grafts to supra/infra orbital before trimax?

Yo, legit question. I’m booked for trimax + infraorbital implants with Ramieri in ~9 months, but I’m thinking of getting some volume added (fat grafts) to my supra + infra orbital hollowing in the meantime.


Would that be dumb timing-wise? Like will Ramieri’s osteotomies mess with the grafted areas or make them uneven later on?


I’m not trying to cope or anything, just wanna look less zombiemaxed till surgery. Any bros here done fat grafts pre-trimax or know if it’s a waste?

The position of your eyebrows is often not the same as the appearance of your upper eyelid. I don't think there will be a change in the eyebrow position.

Lower eye support isn't just improved in Lefort 2 or Lefort 3. If you're wondering how lower eye support improves in Lefort 1, the reason is this: The maxilla is connected to the soft tissues under the eye, and when the maxilla is brought forward, those soft tissues are also pulled forward, improving lower eye support.

You can get fat into your upper eyelids for hooding, for the under eyes they will significantly improve after the implants but you can get a bit since its not gonna be a failo and youll lose undereye fat with age. But be conservative
