Fat grafts to supra/infra orbital before trimax?

Yo, legit question. I’m booked for trimax + infraorbital implants with Ramieri in ~9 months, but I’m thinking of getting some volume added (fat grafts) to my supra + infra orbital hollowing in the meantime.


Would that be dumb timing-wise? Like will Ramieri’s osteotomies mess with the grafted areas or make them uneven later on?


I’m not trying to cope or anything, just wanna look less zombiemaxed till surgery. Any bros here done fat grafts pre-trimax or know if it’s a waste?

if you're considering fat grafting before Trimax, consider grafting only your upper eye sockets. Because lower eye support improves significantly after Lefort, you may decide to have fat grafting for your lower eye as well, depending on your situation.

The position of your eyebrows is often not the same as the appearance of your upper eyelid. I don't think there will be a change in the eyebrow position.
