Not very, catch rate is like 15%
So you will have to do multiple fat transfers.
Can get costly and in cases where you are low body fat it's almost impossible

You might just be wasting your money. Fat can also form lumps when grafted and injected subcutaneously, and not all of the fat that is injected may take.
