Fat in KG seems more of an accurate measurement than BF%


since BF% is affected by muscle while you wont drop actual fat from your face ( aka it is more like a body asthetics scale )


that makes Fat in KG the asthetic scale measurement for your fave

what is the perfect measurement for it ?

2-5 kg total fat?

and fat in KG


BF% can be dropped by simply gaining muscle (while actually you didnt lose fat )

which makes the KG measurement more accurate for your face asthetics

now it is known 8% BF gives you an asthetic body

the question is here. how low in KGs can you go ?

10% BF at 60 kg = 6 kg of fat

10% BF at 80 kg = 8 kg of fat
