Today i eat 470g ground beef (lean) so that was around 103 g protein and 635kcal
3 orange
2 yoghurt ( prolly i need to cut these off)
Some frozen cherry
Half banana like idk
And one monster (energy drink ) this was 10kcal
50-60g cocktail tomatoe
I can only remember these things
My overall calorie intake today was 1328-1350 kcal

Any suggestions btw (diet)?
Spread up the meat throughout the day. Switch one yoghurt to milk and get some kefir. Also get some More diversity fats and Espacially berries and hydration.

I got some kefir rn then i will drink 200ml tomorrow

Why should i spread the meat throughout the day?
Cause your Body will absorb it better and get nutrition throughout the day. All at once isnt good if that’s your only real meal

1400 calories is low enough , 700 deficit is the maximum before you start losign only muscels in my experience

tbh i dont know much about diet
whenever i want to lose fat i just eat 1 meal a day full of meat, cheese,fruits and call it a day

Also if you eat yogurt eat greek yogurt for more protein if you arent already :)
