Today i eat 1531-1600 kcal my daily maintenance 2460 kcal

I eat some meat 2 pac kinder card 1 big yoghurt 1 banana 1 orange 2 chocolate bar one tuna with tomatoe 2-3 energy drink one cup of espresso

Add also coffee. Caffeine stimulates the central nervous system, increasing thermogenesis (heat production) and fat oxidation. Ts raises ur basal metabolic rate, meaning u burn more cals at rest. It also reduces ur cravings and improves physical performance (which leads u to efficient workouts). Plus, coffee without anything else added is nearly 0 cals.

Im losing water like insane tbh i already lost 1-2 kg of water ( i cut out carbs in like a week ago ) thats why

Daily and im a semi-guaranteed reply, weekly would leave room for inconsistencies but intense tracking can also leave room for error

I mean its easy i made a deep research ab debloting i can completly debloat in 2-3 days even at 18-20% bf :lul:

So you need to drink plain water but dont jug the water i think i drink around 7-8 l water everyday

Be active you can do somelphatic drainage massage and some iceint tbh i mainly recommend ice thats can help well

And i take regularly 2-3 g c vitamin

Basically

Firstly i wash my face with cold water to not make the ice stick i wash the ice cube too

I get on of medium sized ice cube and im like icing all of my facial parts with it (im moving the ice cube )

(DONT leave it on sensitive spots the most sensitive spot is i think the under eye area you can go through with it but dont leave it too long )

I basically icing my face until the cube disappears

But yeah make sure that you dont leave the cube in one place for a long time like letssay you icing your jaw that not that sensitive point you can leave it on there for a couple of seconds

After the icing i always get a fresh feeling

Plus i usally massage my ramus too bc there is a lymph fluid
