I eat around 116 g of ham 4-5 cookies 2 chocolate bars 50g of popcorn ( unsalted and without any margarine or butter ) 6 cocktail tomato 3 cucumber 2 energy drink 1 cup of espresso andi cant remember the other things
1 pack of kinder cards

My daily calorie was around 1376-1450 kcal
Maitance is around 2460kcal


But today i had a pretty intense day i had to walk a lot sprint in physical education and a loose gym session
My phone says that i burned around 150 kcal i think thats a pretty insane underestimate tbh i easily burned today 350-450 kcal tbh

eat the most natural way possible with that diet you gonna be so bloated

He got like 120g of meat ts is like 30g of protein + 10 to 15g of other protein. 45g of protein is not bad at all if ur high bf%, but its true when ur in the 16-17% bf range u will not be able to drop weight or shred more fat without eating high protein, thats why im taking reta.

I have horrible sugar/carb cravings and reta rapes them, i could eat keto or eat 90% protein all day on keto and feel totally normal.

If u wanna talk about micronutrients for ideal health, hormones, bone development (when your young ofc), then sure. But your at most gonna increase ur maintenance calories by like 50-100 if u eat good.

Calories is a measurement of burning, our bodies are like furnaces they burn food. Thats why a nigga can eat only chocolate for 5 months and survive and a nigga can eat nothing for 5 months and 2 months in hes dead

thats not good advice for niggas like him, he probably grew up eating hella carbs and sugars, if u dont get it out the way and ur not on reta or some shit, ur gonna crave it like crazy.

Hes doing it right. I'd include jelly if i was him, low calorie protein yogurt or drink too. But u cant just ignore carb or sugar urges u need reta for that

No I genuinely think it's smart, I don't like keeping count of the calories I eat

But if you manage to do it then sure, it's smart, you can eat whatever you want as long as it isn't past a certain caloric intake

So you don't starve yourself, you eat stuff other than salad and you lose weight
