Currently 180 5’7,trying to cut down to 15% naturally (might hop on dnp)
Plan is to lose 40 pounds in 6months
I go to the gym 4-5 times a week
Incline treadmill 15minutes every day and I walk 1.5miles every day.
Planning to up it to 5miles
Should I hop in a minimal cal deficit?or are there any other ways for my diet to lose weight.I don’t want to fuck my growth too bad
