Can I get into a 1000 - 700 kcal deficit because i heard it can fuck up my test

Just use this, it will give you an accurate assessment of how many calories you should be eating per day.

Please remember that if you're in a 1000 calore deficit, you're going to lose muscle too, so be careful.

don't tank off nutrients. Food is fuel at the end of the day. Just utilize it. Work out, do high-intensity exercise and be active. If you MUST cut, cut 200 calories, and ensure that you focus on hitting protein and nutrient goals. Also focus on eating big portions of food that is low calories to ensure that you are full. Drink lots of water throughout the day! Track ur macros
