hello so i've been cutting for 2 weeks now but like im thinking of adding protein bars between the fast for example.
this the ones im thinking of eating
i eat breakfast at 8:00am usually is something like 1 scrable egg with black coffe or 1 low calorie yogurt which is like 90 calories with granola
but im thinking of eating 1 protein bar at 9:30 on my snack break then continue the fast till 4pm since thats when i eat my second and last meal of the day.
the protein bar is like 190 calories.
im 187cm at 163 and looking forward for 140 for leaness and them hollow cheeks
