I’ve been going to the gym since october last year. Last march-april and so on pretty much from the pandemic ive been overweight as a kid and also beginning of puberty , last year i was very into losing weight and i pretty much didnt eat for days and in a month and a half i lost like 25 kgs ( 85kg - 63kgs) , i wanted to go to the gym because i had no muscle mass and also i still have some fat on my stomach area . im 181cms in height and currently 68kgs ive gained 5 kgs since ive started working out but ive been feeling pretty insecure now because some people comment about my body , but I actually dint really think im fat im just very fucking confused on how people think im fat , i know i dont see myself from others perspective but whatever . i wanted to know is there any point to go into pharmaceuticals at this time because i feel like i can get leaner naturally and i want to know how long until dramatic results show , my bidelt is average its 19inches and i like that theres a single likeable thing about my body lol i wanted to know any tips on how to lean out because i cant keep jumping from diet to diet and i have lost discipline i dont want tk starve but some days i cant eat without being very guilty
