So inb4 water thread but it felt like there wasnt much fat there when i thouched.

however when i laid down, the fat was gone because of gravitiy and my hips looked way too smaller.

Might try it too and if you look smaller you may give a try to liposuction if you are already gymaxxed.

I have terrible love handles and I can't lose them no matter what I do, had them at even 130 lb... Probably an Insulin Resistance problem so I'm now fasting + cutting carbs to try to fix it.

Look at the army cats with warrior skull after they retire. All of them have a belly that sticks out not to the fucking sides (unless they get too fat)
