Fat nose tip reduction, HOW?

I Know that cortisol creme works for nosetip reduction and some laser treatment is very effective and non invasive.
Did someone on here have success with either of these methods or some totally different method? This is solely about the nose tip, not alar base reduction

That wont make the tip smaller or will it? Its mainly the cartilage that makes it look fat
