Fat or bloat?

Is there a way to tell if your face is just bloated or has fat. When I touch my face it feels puffy so I feel like that we be more of a bloating thing.

If you're not fat, but your face looks fat, then you're bloated

If you debloat and still have a round face, then you're boneless and should start saving up for implants
