I have fat or extra skin Infront of my ears they make me look like I have a non existent ramus how to fix??

I’ve lowkey got same issue but only on one side of the face I’m at around 18% bf rn tho so I’ll sus what it’s like when I cut down and debloat

Tbh Idk my exact body fat percentage but ik it’s pretty high even tho I am not relatively fat, but yea hopefully goes well for you.
