How high your bf is? They may be caused by fat distribution too.

i would say around 18%. I leaned down from 30% and along the way i noticed it becoming more visible.

You could be right, I regularly do snus and have been for a long time which requires me to put it in my lip, something pushing on your lip for a long time probably is the reason for this. However, i also think that they could just be fat deposits.
