Does anyone else have this issue? I have a long philtrum but it also seems to have a lot of fat like when I squeeze it. The fat makes it come forward a lot and makes it look puffy in my side profile. But I also kinda like it because I think it makes my lips look more youthful in the right lighting. Is it good or bad?
