so if i eat 1 sweet potato thats obviously way above the RDI of vitamin A and beta-carotene easily
since its beta-carotene is fat soluble, it would just get stored in the liver/fat
so i dont need to eat 1 daily for benefits, no? just like 3 times a week or something, right?
