i am VERY rarely rude to someone on the basis of their looks, i pride myself on not being a foid and trying to see them as their personality
this guy has been an asshole ever since i started working with him. he’s 230lb no muscle, 15, although he is 6’. his facial bone growth will come, so i dont say anything.
my little brother told me he’s made fun of at school and i’m convinced its because he’s insecure, but i dont know how to even start being the person who’s nice to him.
how do i even give him empathy when he won’t accept even a hello?
