Fat through out my face melted at 18

i remember i had a kinda weirdish smile cuz i had like fat like slightly above my topper lip, and had 0 gums showing in a smile at all (which is also a flaw) and now i got the regular amount of gums showing and got a good smile.

The fat near my hyoid also kinda melted, and my cheekfat. Ive taken pics of myself and despite me literally going up 1kg in last couple months have a leaner face. Gandhi has blessed me
