I have a similar asymmetry issue. If u really wanna fix it I’d suggest getting zygo filler or maybe fat transfer to correct the asymmetrical cheekbone projection and then maybe get canthoplasty to address the asymmetrical canthal tilt in both eyes but honestly you prob don’t even need all this shit. It’s marginal gains anyway
