they notice themselves not fitting into any clothes, not fitting in any spaces, their face gets fatter and fatter yet they STILL keep eating and gain weight

people that are say, 500 lbs, had to reach 300 lbs, 350, 400, 450, and then keep on going UNTIL they reached 500lbs
there's a huge mental problem there
