i think the way the fat puts pressure on their throat changes how the sound comes out

Wouldn't go that far. There is an ugly, obese , dawrf, latina woman at my work and she has a beautiful voice. She is still like a .25/10.

Unless you are blind, I don't think voice really makes much of a difference. But thats just me.

I work in a government office in the deep south with mostly obese women. 80% obesity rate among women. Probably the fattest people on planet earth. In fact, American women are the fattest people on planet earth (source)

If I did not live around these animals, I would not "obsess" over them.

Its like telling a cancer patient to stop "obsessing" with cancer. Its not the patients fault that he GOT the cancer in the first place.

We have a bad obesity rate here in the uk but its still nowhere near like that and its moreso concentrated in the north and amongst old people
Living around fat people is just depressing. People talk about architecture like brutalism being depressing but I think living around ethnics and fatties is the human aesthetic equivalent
