How can i loose fat asoon as possibale 20lbs my feb no peptides

for a sustainable way to lose weight, go into a caloric deficit, for 20lbs by february id say around 750cals under maintenance, intermitten fast between 8pm and noon, 10,000 steps a day minimum, gym once a day with 30 of incline treadmill at 3.5 speed. prioritize eating protein and drink atleast 3L of water day.
