Eugenics isn't just about looks, it's literally an effort to try to create someone who is superior in every aspect. There is a reason why classic eugenic methods have failed, what traits the offspring gets is random. Gene editing will allow even a subhuman to have a mtn+ child and, I am not talking only about looks here.
