Yea if u don't over do it no one will really know , but the example is pretty exxagerated. Show lifts no more then 2 inches. Plastic surgery needs to look natural.

The exception is age larping. If it's feasible that your just old for your age then it needs to be done , otherwise idiot foids think a 36 year old chad hitting on some cute 17 year old is creepy.
