Fatgrafting before bimax/implants

I'm currently trying to get consults with bimax surgeons atm.
One surgeon refuse due to no severe health problems but he can give me a infra + UEE fatgraft. It's legit for my case and i guess that it require less time before the surgery to get it compare to bimax.

I want to know if the fatgraft would (or not) be bad for my complete plan which is basicelly : aqualyx, botox, trimax, midface/infra implants, browridge/supra, cantho.

I know that this is preferable to start with bone and implants hardmaxx before soft tissues, but hey i want to survive till me bimax as im fucking sub3 on good days.

Can i go for fatgraft and later, still get orbital implants and cantho without ruining something ?

I’d skip the implant all together and go with fat grafting. Also make sure he’s doing the whole face since they can use this to improve chin and jaw line.

Implants on the face other than the jaw are generally a bad idea. Sometimes infras can be okay but you want to avoid if at all possible.
