11 year old Jody Plauche was kidnapping and taken to a hotel room and raped by a 25 year old man who was his karate instructor. He had actually been abusing the boy for a year. So the police found them in California and arrested the karate instructor.
So they transferred him back to Louisiana where he lived and while the cops were walking him through the airport, the father jumped out and shot the karate instructor in the head. He died a day or 2 later.
