I don't understand how the earth can be any shape other than round for flights from Chili to Australia to only last 12 hours. On a "flat earth" at least on their map the flight over the ocean (as it always happens) would take 27 hours minimum.

Of course it does, but planes have standard flying speed of 700-1000 km/h. So if the plane is flying 12 hours from Chili to Australia, it's either the plane is flying at the speed of sound or this map is bullshit
