initial post, i wont even show the after picture because there is o nly like 5lb of actual fat loss the rest is just tempory gycogen and water shjtfing, as he admits he had fasted before.

Than he talks about hkw it was "just a bulk" and how he "deadass gained 20lb of muscle in 6 months ( potential retard)
