Mine is Delta due to the inflight entertainment on most flights with up to date movies.

Second place is Southwest, which I just started flying for work trips, as its our contract airline. I liked the open seating they used to due because with military you got to board first and get the seat I wanted regardless.

My last ever flight was to Hawaii. That was a couple years ago. I think it was Alaskan airlines, but they provided Wi-Fi during the flight for a fee, so I was able to be on my laptop the entire flight. Thought that was pretty cool, never done it beforehand.
