i split my palate suture now what?

2 days ago i split the suture using the dull end of a butter knife in an attempt to widen palate/maxilla. should i continue to expand the suture? yes im using invisalign+class 2 elastics to fix overbite+crossbite. im 14 btw

That’s exactly what I did, I gymcelled pretty hard throughout puberty 15-18 and bulked. I finally cut down around 19 and gained a ton of bone mass, I’m glad I never found this site until after puberty because I probably would have been gullible and cut during puberty.
