Which nootropics do you think is the best for cognitive performance like memory, processing speed, learning etc. if your brain is little bit below average/baseline, noopept?

ones ive tried ordered best to worst: dexamphetamine, methylphenidate, nicotine (before getting addicted), caffeine, nicotine (after getting addicted)
