Why?

Because it makes me too self aware. I'm desensitized to the value of any physique. I always check my body not being satisfied with it and not acknowledging the progress I've made, always wanting more.

I wish I just had the physique I wanted without having to struggle 5 times a week lifting iron plates and getting in 140g of protein.

Chest is favourite btw
