Genuine advice.
i dont have enough time throughout the day to do upper/lower with 2 sets. So do you think i should do full body 3x a week with only 1 set per excercise. is this enough? let me know. (anyone questions why there is little. Very small gym, Doesnt have any machines except one that provides only a lat pull down and pushdown) (natural:soy:) (nvm, fixed the spelling mistake ignore my comment)

it's better than ul
you lack hamstrings, calves, abs and forearms. Do SLDL or seated leg curl instead of RDL, add some wrist curls, cable crunches and calf raises.
And a set of kelso shrugs would be nice.

Like I said, small gym, lack of machines
But thanks for the advice that’s why I only have barbell RDLs. And I already have huge calves cuz of genes
