FBI has the celibate on a watchlist?

I recently saw this but apparently the FBI has been keeping watch on "Involuntary Celibate Extremism" labelling them as a terroristic threat. The FBI refers to them as incels which seek to cause chaos in order to give justice unto those who deny them sexual and romantic attention. They have specific words on the list that may flag the FBI such as looksmaxxing, based, chad (tyrone, chang, chadpreet), ascension, -cel, It's over, etc.
