FC4 : Pagan Min vs Sabal vs Amita ,Who is the worst?

1.Pagan Min , an asian Joker charming ,intelligent drug dealers that allow his soldiers to rob Kyrati people's houses and turn Kirati into crackheads for money.
2.Sabal , A religious nutjob pedophile who'd kill all the drug dealers and restore and preserve the old Kirati's traditions.
3.Amita , a ruthless drug dealer bitch who'll force children into slaves and drug workers but she's for progress and women's rights.

The way I understood far cry 4 is that the evil one is us, Ajay Ghale but I would say out of these 3 I disliked Amita the most because she disrespects Kyrat's culture and tradition
