I got over it by doing a dry poke before my real injection, no air in the syringe, just poke and pull out to see what it feels like, that’s how I got over my fear

Idk if this is a reoccurring thing for you or this is your first injection but you usually get over it after the first injection it never really hurts and if it does it’s barely a pinch. Once you get over the first injection you’ll start to actually like injecting but that’s just me
