The vast majority of 13-14 y/o practically won’t have accumulated enough knowledge to do so, and will obviously harm themselves to varying degrees.

The individual genetics for health also play a massive role, it’s not just black and white.

They absolutely have no clue what they’re doing most of the time.
Being theoretically responsible enough to research harm reduction doesn’t mean they actually do it, and for good reasons.
It’s extremely complex to really understand what’s happening inside your body. The vast majority of kids here simply aren’t intelligent enough (yet), don’t have the time, or are simply acting out of desperation/ a desire for instant gratification.

And obviously, the majority in this forum are well below that age, and therefore direct targets.
Fearmongering isn’t irrational here, because these people literally harm themselves, even, in parts, irreversibly.
Most side effects aren’t immediate, and without a relative baseline of your un-roided self, you can’t accurately judge the impact anyway.
Yes, you can use them relatively safely, but even then, you’ll never be as healthy, or live as long, as you would have without them, assuming an otherwise similar lifestyle.
The issue is, I’ve rarely seen anyone here doing so. Most actually do absolutely nothing aside from the roids, Hgh and an AI.

Also, and this is another important point, if you have this knowledge, you share it only with specific individuals, or otherwise keep it to yourself.
