Focus on Things depending how U feel

Example i will be on drug withdrawal for a Brief time so i will Focus on crime, sleeping and wasting time. Impossible to increase Ur IQ in drug withdrawal

My Dad said he felt like he died getting off of heroin. He quit rehab and worked nonstop to try and keep his mind off it, which worked.
